Readings are captured on-site on handheld computer-based units or via AMR provider. The data captured is then processed via our central computer to produce meter reading returns and consumer advices.

Monthly statement reflecting all consumption and charges.
 
• CONSUMER ADVICE
Actual readings, consumption, tariffs and charges – this advice is for individual consumers, eliminates many queries and complaints.
 
• MUNICIPAL METERS
Municipal meters or bulk check meters are read (where possible) and reflected on our meter reading return. This enables comparison of municipal (bulk) consumption against total sub-metered consumption.
 
•  COMPUTERISED SERVICES AND DATA TRANSFER
Motla Utilities is able to provide monthly data files to clients electronically as per requirement.
 
• MOTLA UTILITIES CLIENT SERVICES
Deal with direct queries from consumers, tariffs, calculating back charges and common area billing.
 
• ONLINE CLIENT REPORTING SYSTEM – www.meter.co.za
Motla Utilities clients may use our Password Protected internet-based reporting system to view reports on their buildings and meters. After you receive your login name and password, you can log onto the website.
